So it’s been a long time..

Back in the running game again. Did intervals this morning:

1-5 warm up jog (5.1)
5-6 sprint (7.1)
6-7 walk (4.0)
7-9 jog (5.1)
9-10 sprint (7.1)
10-11 walk (4.0)
11-13 jog (5.1)
13-14 sprint (7.1)
14-15 walk (4.0)
15-17 jog (5.1)
17-18 sprint (7.7)
18-23 cool out walk (3.6)

I’m going to add another interval tomorrow. I’m running a 5K on January 1st so I better be able to run 3 miles.. something I’ve never done before.

I’ve also realized I’m not going to lost 20lbs in a month so my goal by the end of the year is to weigh under 145lbs. After that, I’ll see when it’s realistic to set a goal of being 135lbs and then UGW of 125lbs! Hopefully I reach everything by March so the extended family will be formally impressed during Easter.

It’s so hard to eat right, but I *am* doing better. Got a little side tracked once I got home from Italy but things are going well. Just have to stop binging when I’m eating something I like… such as yesterday eating all 9 Bagel Bites… ugh. Or eating all of the Indian food. I need to start giving myself 1 serving and then leaving the kitchen to eat, instead of bringing ALL of the food with me to the table. 

Oh well, live and learn, right??

So I’m back in the game and ready to impress. Let’s not get sidetracked again, yeah?
